The client was well-versed in running marketing campaigns and mailers to their existing list of residential real estate agents. However, they had little experience with cold email campaigns. Additionally, they needed assistance with generating verified lists of prospects and crafting copy for targeting commercial real estate.

The agency turned to Skaleo to help them with their outbound lead generation campaigns. We purchased 5 secondary domains and 10 mailboxes which were warmed up for 3 weeks. Our team identified all the possible titles of the influencers based on the client’s ICP and built a list of 5000 prospects spread over 2 months with accurate criteria including company size, location, and verified emails.
We drafted 5-part email message sequences to engage and connect, and plugged the lists and copy into a drip campaign tool to reach out to prospects on autopilot.
