ON PAY PER MEETING
We don't do it. Pay-per-meeting incentivises volume over quality. We charge a retainer to build an asset i.e. your cold email engine - not to stuff your calendar with bad leads.
ON TIMELINES
We require a 4-month minimum. Month one is infrastructure, list building, calibration, and your first replies. Month two is where sequences sharpen and qualified leads start flowing. Months three and four are where the pipeline compounds.
ON CHANNELS
Cold email, done well, is enough. For marketing agencies, the inbox is the highest-signal channel to reach brand decision-makers. We go deep on one thing instead of spreading thin across five.
ON CAPACITY
We work with 5-6 agencies at a time. Every campaign is owned by a senior strategist who knows your ICP, writes your sequences, and monitors performance regularly. You get our full attention.
